Estimated Time Line

Frog Pond Commons

  1. Phase 1 – Application (Now to Spring 2020)
    • Finalize site plan
    • Develop team of owner representative, designer, cohousing counsel
    • Preliminary design of buildings
    • Prepare draft co-housing documents
      Early potential members will be part of this process starting now
    • Submit application to City of Wilsonville
  1. Phase 2 – Entitlement (Spring 2020 to Winter 2020)
    • Land use approval
    • Construction plan submittals (April 2020)
    • Install infrastructure
  1. Phase 3 – Infrastructure (Spring 2021 to November 2021)
    • Install infrastructure
    • Design units and set specifications
    • Recruit Associates and select Members for Co-Housing
      At this point monthly meetings will have determined who is a good fit for the Community, and bylaws and policies will have been established.
  2. Phase 4 – Build and Purchase Units (January 2022 to November 2022)
    • Build units as purchased
    • Build common building once 12 units are sold
    • Prices for the units will likely range from $600,000 to $800,000.
