At this point monthly meetings will have
determined who is a good fit for the Community, and bylaws and policies will
have been established.

4 – Build and Purchase Units (January 2022 to November 2022)

units as purchased

common building once 12 units are sold
- Prices
for the units will likely range from $600,000 to $800,000.
